CCEE1524, Roses

Liz carries on as hostess for June.  This week she says:

"The flower for the month of June is roses.  There are so many varieties and they come in so may pretty colors and shades.  So make a card or project that makes use of a rose or a bouquet of roses."

Perfect timing, Liz....need a special card for my step-daughter who is turning 50 on May 31st.

My rose is a digital is from Digital2forTuesday.  It is colored with Copics and then fussy cut and mounted on dimensionals.  Added some half pears and used a Darcie embossing folder and I was done.  Love my die cuts!

Have a wonderful day...come and join us in this fun challenge!

That embossed and lacy backgorund is the perfect setting for your beautiful old-fashioned looking rose. i bet it's one that would smell sweet - it's certainly beautifully coloured. You make me wish I was in the Rose Garden in the Botanic Gardens here - it's warm enough that it would smell so lovely...only they might not be out yet as summer is only barely tiptoeing in!!
